Binance Smart Chain address example
The Binance Smart Chain (also known as the BNB Smart Chain) has only one original address type. The Binance Smart Chain address is a 42-character hexadecimal address generated from the last 20 bytes of the account's public key, with 0x appended at the beginning. A Binance Smart Chain address with capital letters indicates that it contains a checksum (EIP55). As a result, you may prefer the checksummed address version, though either will do the trick.
Examples of Binance Smart Chain addresses:
- 0x10d543e2e0355e36c5cab769df8d2d60abb77a73
- 0x10d543E2e0355E36c5CaB769df8D2d60AbB77a73 (checksum)
You can obtain Binance Smart Chain or BEP20 tokens by sharing your Binance Smart Chain address. Just make sure to double-check all address letters and numbers before confirming the transaction.
