How to migrate from AirGap Wallet?

AirGap Wallet is a non-custodial, open-source software wallet for mobile and desktop devices. AirGap distributes security functions between their two apps. To generate a 24-word recovery phrase, you are required to use AirGap Vault, a separate application that is recommended to be installed on another device and be offline.

AirGap uses the BIP39 standard to generate a 24-word recovery phrase. Coin Wallet meets the specifications of this standard.

How to migrate from AirGap Wallet?

Log in to your existing Coin Wallet account with your AirGap Wallet recovery phrase.

Derivation paths

Because the Ethereum default derivation paths differ, one more setting must be configured.

1. Select Ethereum.
