How to migrate from Litewallet?

Litewallet is the official Litecoin mobile wallet. There are apps available for iOS and Android mobile devices. The source code is open and published on Github by the Litecoin Foundation.

Litewallet creates a 12-word seed phrase that follows the BIP39 standard. Coin Wallet conforms to the requirements of this standard.

How to migrate from Litewallet?

To migrate your litecoins from Litewallet, you must know your 12-word seed phrase, which was provided to you at the start of your Litewallet usage. Once you've found it, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the existing Coin Wallet account using the 12-word seed phrase from Litewallet.

2. Select Litecoin.

3. Go to the "Derivation Path" page.

4. Enter m/0' into the P2PKH - Legacy input, then click the "Save" button.

Done! You can now use your Litecoin funds.
