Hey, guys! Recently, the Coin Wallet team has released a new version of our mobile and desktop apps. In this short post, we will talk about what has changed.

📱 iOS Users Can Enjoy The New Ticker Widget

If you asked us what the best thing about crypto is, we would say that it is the technology, the anonymity — and of course, the price. Now these principles are reflected in our new ticker widget.

Here's how it works. You need to update your app to the latest version in the App Store and add the widget to your home screen. After that, press and hold the widget to select a layout — square or rectangular.

Now you can choose the cryptocurrency whose price you want to track in real time. Press and hold the widget to choose a coin and your local fiat currency. Every time you tap the ticker, the coin price is updated. Cool? We think so ⭐

This upgrade is available for iOS users.

💡 New User? Meet the New App Screen

If you are not using Coin Wallet yet, now is the perfect time — we have created a special feature just for new users.

When you log in for the first time, you can choose your personal crypto starter pack. Bitcoin, Monero, and Litecoin are available by default. You can select all of them or just the ones you like. Other cryptocurrencies will become available once you are logged in.

This feature allows you to stay focused on your priority assets and monitor price changes over time.

🦾 Other Minor Improvements

We cleaned up the layout of the cryptocurrency list in both the app and desktop versions so that all coins display correctly and look consistent.

We also updated the time format in the portfolio: 24 hours is now shown as 1 day.

In the new version 6.11.0, we have also fixed some bugs.
