The Token Was Sent, but It Isn’t Showing Up: How to Fix It

Imagine you receive a token in your wallet, such as SOL, but don’t see it right away. Sometimes a token may not instantly appear. In this short article, we’ll guide you through simple steps to resolve this issue and help you feel confident in handling it.
Step 1. Why isn't Your Token Showing?
This may happen because Coin Wallet doesn't support your token by default.
Coin Wallet is a multichain self-custodial wallet that supports more than 20 blockchains (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA, etc.) and thousands of tokens (ERC20, BEP20, SPL, TRC20, etc.). However, the crypto world is rich and diverse, so no single platform can support all tokens in the crypto industry.
For this reason, you can add your token to your Coin Wallet account on your own. To do this, you don't have special knowledge — only our manual and one button. Read the article on how to add a custom token using a PENGU coin as an example.
Step 2. You Add a Token, But It Is Still Not Showing
In this case, you should check the network. If you add a token to the Ethereum network, but it is actually on BSC, Polygon, Base, or Arbitrum, it won't show up. Remember that a crypto wallet displays tokens only in the selected network.
To see the token, you should add it to the correct network again.
Step 3. You Do Your Best, But You Don't See a Token Anyway
First of all, check the Blockchain Explorer. Your token is probably still in the confirmation process. Then wait and repeat the previous steps. If they don't work, please contact our support team by email at support@coin.space.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my token not showing in my wallet?
Your wallet may not yet recognize the token. Import it manually using its contract address, and verify that you’re on the correct network.
Why is my crypto transaction confirmed but not received?
A confirmed transaction means it has been processed. Check your address, network, and block confirmations. Use a block explorer to track status.
What do you mean by token?
A token is a digital asset built on a blockchain. Unlike coins, tokens use existing networks and serve many functions.
